The heart of the home features custom shallow shaker cabinetry. The back of the peninsula and upper shelving introduce a unique stain on Rift Sawn White Oak (RSWO) for tonal contrast. The countertop is a showstopper—Mystery White marble with a sleek mitered profile.
Complementing the cabinets are polished nickel pulls in various lengths and knobs. The backsplash blends multiple shades of Dolomite, providing a backdrop for a plaster hood with wood apron to make cooking on the induction cooktop a breeze. Panel-ready fridge and freezer bordered by functional pantry storage puts the cooking and prep needs in one room. One of our favorite features – the hidden coffee cabinet with pocket doors, provides a space to tuck away the home cafe or display it as you get your day started!
Nook: Built-In Beauty & Texture
The charming dining nook cabinetry includes a reeded door style and custom matching breakfast table table, both with stains matching accents in the kitchen. A shallow shaker bench with hidden storage and a custom fit fabric cushion. The vinyl wallpaper gives a backdrop for sipping coffee and watching the ocean waves from your beachfront view.
Living Room & Bar: Sleek Entertaining Zone
The Living Room entertainment console is a functional art piece of it’s own features floating RSWO cabinets with fluted doors with touch-latch opening, hiding hardware and housing AV equipment to support the 75″ white frame TV with slim soundbar.
The bar area was converted from a fireplace off the living room, uses vertical grain slab cabinetry in RSWO paired with a stunning leathered quartzite countertop. Being located in the living room, this space had to be understated, but ideal for entertaining, it reflects elegance and hides the panel-ready appliances in plain sight.
Powder Bathroom: Textural Statement
A floating edge grain ash vanity sits below a crystal flush mount. The stone edge light 3D porcelain tile runs floor-to-ceiling across the vanity wall. Finished with wall-mounted faucet, thin metal frame mirror, and polished nickel accessories, it’s an elegant experience in a compact space.
Laundry Room: Utility Meets Design
Outfitted with pearl shaker cabinetry, durable quartz countertop, and ceramic 4×4 wall tile, this space is both practical and stylish.
Primary Bathroom: Spa-Like Serenity
This luxurious primary bathroom includes grain-matched slab cabinetry in a warm beach wood stain, paired with marble countertops and polished nickel hardware and fixtures. The shower walls feature 15×30 tile, while the wet floor is a matching tile in smaller format. The dimensional vanity wall tile and polished nickel fixtures elevate the space. Finishing touches include a water-resistant vinyl grass cloth-look wallpaper, matching mirrors, and a comfy makeup chair.
Guest Suite: Boutique Hotel Vibe
Featuring micro shaker cabinets and various tile textures (satin, cube deco, penny rounds), this suite is the epitome of calm. Utilizing a wall-hung toilet in the water closet gave flexibility in plumbing relocation to add space for more storage for linens and laundry. Designer accessories and warm lighting make it guest-ready.
Guest Bath: Soft Neutrals & Natural Texture
Grain-matched slab cabinetry and pure white quartz, this bath exudes softness. Bianco tiles appear across the floor and shower walls, accented with mini-brick across the shared vanity and shower wall. An oversized mirror and polished nickel accessories add understated elegance.
