Moody Manor

This stunning estate pool home underwent a complete rennovation.

For the kitchen, we stayed within our client’s budget by keeping existing kitchen countertops and repainting cabinets, while still giving the space a total makeover.

The cabana bathroom featured extensive updates to bring a big pop of personality with hand-painted moroccan fish scale tiles, custom floating vanity, and nautical accents.

The guest bathroom brought together several elements for a farmhouse look with timeless, chic black & white tile, shiplap, and drop in sink.

The Guest loft was in need of railings and a fun ladder while keeping with the aesthetic of the rest of the house.  Now this space is perfect for homework, playing games, and hanging out with friends.

This home was recently listed and sold immediately above market price by Carisa Bravoco.

Master Bathroom Sanctuary

When our client came to use looking to give their dated bathroom a fresh new soul and spirit, we could not wait to get started!

We gave this space new meaning while keeping a similar footprint.  This existing bathroom was transformed into a luxurious zen experience by bringing in modern design elements such as cement look porcelain tile and honed quartz countertops.   Soft touches with warm stained knotty alder cabinetry and faux wood tiles in the shower create a grounding spa experience.

We love the industrial and rustic, yet organic styles that are present here and flow together in this one-of-a-kind master bathroom.

Poplar Court

This project involved turning a dark, dated, closed off kitchen into a light, opened space.  By knocking down walls, updating cabinetry, surfaces, and fixtures, we were able to bring a softer and brighter vibe to this space.  This look was carried on into the living area, where we designed a custom fireplace which features a fun, geometric marble tile.

We love the elegant, yet casual and coastal feel of this space.

Forest Hills Lane

This project involved turning an original master bathroom with dark colors and an outdated design into a coastal airy dream! We took advantage of the incredible natural light flooding this bathroom by using light colors such as Sherwin Williams Sea Salt and Tradewind.

The design included Cambria countertops, beautiful white shaker cabinetry and vertical shiplap on the drop in tub.

Now every morning is a splendid morning for these wonderful clients!

Lock’s Landing

We loved this project for so many reasons. This is a great example of how to completely change the look of a kitchen without removing old cabinets or knocking down walls.

We wanted to save the client’s existing cabinets while updating their space, so we opted for searching for a matching door style, adding to their current cabinetry with more uppers with glass and repainting everything in a two tone crisp white and Sherwin Williams Tin Lizzie paint color on the island.

Straightening out the shape of the island helped to bring in some cleaner lines, added storage along the back and a waterfall quartz countertop showing off its soft veins and a marble mother of pearl backsplash. Faux wood tile floors were also added throughout the home to seamlessly tie all of the living areas together.

Quick kitchen update doesn’t have to mean a full gut and lots of money.  For this project we worked with the owner to update hardware, add glass subway back splash and some floating shelves to elevate the space while keeping our existing cabinetry and only replacing the doors that needed some extra love.

Sometimes the smallest things can pack the biggest punch and these are the kind of updates that enhance both the look and feel of an entire home.

Cozinha Feliz

Cozinha Feliz, which is Portuguese for Happy Kitchen, rightfully named as this project and clients were a delight to work with from start to finish.  The homeowners wanted to bring an updated feel to their kitchen, living area and guest house on this gorgeous waterfront hideaway.

This is a family that loves to cook and entertain so we incorporated their large commercial range flanked by perimeter quartz countertops, and a gorgeous walnut butcher block end grain countertop section.  This is matched alongside by flat grain walnut farm table with built-in seating and storage. The walnut continues into a large walk-through pantry with a library ladder.

Hand-painted tile back splash and stunning heirloom chandelier bring a high level of elegance and personality to this kitchen and dining area.

The Little Palm Cottage guest house features a light, nautical theme with a unique barn door and dock cleat kitchen hardware.

Wald Street

Kitchen remodel for this single young professional's Port Saint Lucie home. Opening up the wall that separated the main living area and kitchen maintained storage space while allowing the kitchen to be more interactive and functional.

White shaker cabinets with a quartz countertop peninsula bar and subway tile backsplash lightened up this beautiful home. Large 12x24 tile adds a high-end feel to this kitchen and makes a pleasant contrast with the wood flooring.  We had so much fun working with this client and are so happy that she gets to come home and enjoy her beautiful new remodel.
